REFUND POLICY
Event Cancellation by BOND BCN:
In the event that BOND BCN cancels an event for any reason, attendees will receive a full refund of the ticket price. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
No Refunds Except for Event Cancellation:
BOND BCN does not offer refunds or exchanges for tickets purchased. All sales are final.
This includes situations such as attendee changes in plans, inability to attend the event, or any other personal circumstances.
Reselling Tickets:
Attendees who choose to resell or transfer their tickets to others do so at their own risk.
BOND BCN is not responsible for any issues arising from the resale or transfer of tickets, including but not limited to fraudulent transactions, double bookings, or disputes between buyers and sellers.
Event Postponement:
If an event is postponed to a later date, tickets will be valid for the rescheduled date.
Attendees unable to attend the rescheduled date may request a refund if and only if the event is cancelled altogether.
Refund Process:
Refund requests for cancelled events will be processed automatically.
For cancelled events, please allow 14 days for the refund to reflect in your account
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used for the ticket purchase.

Liability Waiver
By purchasing a ticket and attending BOND BCN, I acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that participation in BOND BCN involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, property damage, or other losses.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending the event, including risks that may arise from negligence or carelessness on the part of BOND BCN or its agents.
Release of Liability:
I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue BOND BCN, its owners, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me or to any property belonging to me, while participating in BOND BCN.
Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless BOND BCN, its owners, employees, representatives, and volunteers from any liability, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of my attendance at events by BOND BCN.
Alcohol and Drug Policy:
I agree to consume alcohol responsibly and understand that BOND BCN reserves the right to refuse service or eject attendees for misconduct related to alcohol or drug use.
I acknowledge that any illegal drug use or behaviour will result in immediate removal from the event.
Personal Responsibility:
I acknowledge that I am responsible for my own actions and safety during a BOND BCN event.
I will abide by all event rules, regulations, and instructions provided by BOND BCN and its representatives.
Emergency Medical Treatment:
In the event of injury or illness, I authorize BOND BCN to obtain medical treatment on my behalf if deemed necessary.
I agree to assume all costs associated with any medical treatment received during the event.
By purchasing a ticket and attending a BOND BCN event, I acknowledge that I have read and understood this liability waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms.
